The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 12 is an ideal complement to the BLACKROLL® STANDARD self-massage roller. The DUOBALL 12 is particularly suitable for massaging muscle bundles on both sides, e.g. in the area of the thoracic and lumbar spine. In addition, it can be used specifically on the thighs and ribs.
Various sizes for different applications
BLACKROLL® DUOBALL is available in two different sizes - 8 cm and 12 cm. The two products complement each other perfectly in their application. With the 8 cm ball you can massage selectively, with the 12 cm DUOBALL you can massage a larger area and thus target your bilateral muscle bundles.
