The BLACKROLL® RELEAZER is a patented therapeutic fascia massage device for the treatment of fascia and muscles. Through targeted pressure, massaging movement and a deep-acting vibration massage, even highly agglutinated fascia tissue becomes supple again. The BLACKROLL® RELEAZER combines the technique of myofascial (self-)massage with the advantages of vibration.

The RELEAZER has two easily adjustable vibration levels: The simple static vibration and the wave-like oscillating motion. Both types of massage improve tissue elasticity and promote circulation. With the oscillating movement, however, the effect is significantly more intense.

The intensity of the massage can also be regulated by the different treatment surfaces of the RELEAZER. The RELEAZER has two differently shaped curvatures and two edges. As an introduction to the RELEAZER massage, we recommend the curvatures and with longer experience with the BLACKROLL® RELEAZER the more intense edges. How to use the BLACKROLL® RELEAZER

The RELEAZER is suitable for static and dynamic massage. The static massage loosens localized hardenings. To do this, you apply even pressure three times in a row to the selected spot and then move on to the next point. With the dynamic application of the massager, the fasciae are smoothed. The movement can be performed slowly or quickly. A faster movement leads to a superficial massage effect in the upper tissue area. With a slower movement you achieve a greater depth effect with the vibration massage.

The RELEAZER was developed by renowned pain therapist Christopher Gordon (CIT). Gordon has invested many years in developing the perfect fascia massager. In a 2015 clinical trial (randomized, double controlled, standardized) presented with great success at the Fascia World Congress in Washington, the therapy successes were clearly proven.
