The 4 different massage levels combined with 4 attachments included with the FASCIA GUN, provide you with an unmatched application range across activation, recovery and relaxation. The FASCIA GUN has a max speed of 3200 RPM for an intense massage experience, but uniquely the speed can also be dialled down to a very low 1200 RPM which is crucial for muscle relaxation and recovery. Based on scientific findings that suggest a better tissue relaxation and recovery effect in lower vibration frequencies, we have emphasised on including the lower RPM levels as well as ensuring an intense effect in the high RPM settings. At home, in the gym or while travelling, the light and robust aluminium gun is designed to come with you where ever you go.

Low frequencies for high regeneration

With two frequency levels below 30 Hz, the FASCIA GUN is perfect for relaxation and regeneration of your muscles. The few oscillations per minute are perceived by your body as relaxing, since the muscles react with a protective tension at higher frequencies. So if you want to work deeper into the tissues, a lower frequency makes sense. The higher frequencies work more to strengthen and activate your muscles.

The 4 massage attachments

SILICONE BALL: Suitable for massage applications across the entire body. The silicone ball is our favourite choice for the Relax Mode, it provides a nice grip on the skin for a gentle but effective massage of specific areas.
SILICONE FORK: Suitable for applications in areas with parallel aligned muscle strings, like on both sides of the achilles tendon or the upper trapezius muscle.
SILICONE TRIGGER: The ideal attachment for a targeted vibration massage application on trigger points. Supports the effective release of adhesions within the tissue and softens knots and tense muscle areas.
METAL FLAT: Suitable for massage applications across the entire body. The sliding metal surface allows a smooth gliding on clothing as well as directly on the skin. For added comfort, this attachment can also be used in combination with massage oil.

FAQ

Please fully charge the device before using it for the first time. You can use the included USB cable and the USB-C port on the bottom of the product. Use a 5V 2A charger and not a fast charger to charge the FASCIA GUN.

For safety reasons, do not use the device while it is charging.

The single indicator light on the bottom of the FASCIA GUN turns red when the product is charging and turns to green when the battery is fully charged. The duration for a full charge of the battery is approximately 6h. The single signal light on the bottom also lights up red as soon as the battery level drops below 10%.

This depends on the vibration level that is used and also on how much pressure is applied. The lowest vibration level, the Relax Mode, with low applied pressure allows up to 15 hours of use on one battery charge. The highest vibration level, the Pro Mode, with intense application on larger muscle groups allows up to 5 hours of run time.

The On/Off button is located at the bottom of the device. Push and hold the button for 3 seconds to switch the device on or off. While the device is running, you can change switch between vibration levels by pushing the On/Off button. After 10 minutes of continuous running the device will turn off automatically. Push and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to switch the FASCIA GUN back on.

The device has 4 different vibration levels. While the device is running, push and release the On/Off button to switch to the next level. Learn more about the massage levels here.

The product comes with 4 different attachments or massage heads. You can simply attach them by pushing one attachment onto the attachment holder and remove them by pulling the attachment off. Learn more about the attachments and their applications here.

You are allowed to take the FASCIA GUN in your carry-on luggage. It is not allowed to pack battery powered devices like the FASCIA GUN into checked luggage.

The application of the FASCIA GUN is individual, but in general it can be said: The higher the massage level, the shorter the application time should be. In the manual we have defined values for the duration of application per massage level.

Fascia gun is light, small, so really good for traveling, easy to use, powerful, but also very silent. I´m very happy I bought it.
