For a better night's sleep: CELLIANT® technology explained
While you sleep, your body gives off heat. CELLIANT® fibers absorb this heat, convert it into infrared energy, and reflect it back to your body. This infrared energy is absorbed by muscles and tissue, causing blood vessels to temporarily dilate. This can improve local blood circulation and bring more red blood cells to the cells, thereby increasing the oxygen supply to your cells, which promotes improved recovery and thermoregulation."

Our dual-core foam core has a density of 37 kg/m³ with two different compression hardnesses. The green side has a lower compression hardness, while the purple side has a higher one. The Softbalance topper has a density of 47 kg/m³.
Of course. However, with the 140 cm wide mattress, it is easier if you have a second person to help you. Our configurator will help you choose your personal comfort option.
Yes. After all, we want to make it as easy as possible for you and not keep you from sleeping: The front sides of the foam cores are numbered from 1 to 4.
For production reasons, the mattress will always be delivered to you as follows: The soft foam core (green) is on top, and the topper is on top of the foam cores. This is the softest configuration of the RECOVERY BASE 2.0. At home, you can easily reconfigure the mattress to suit your individual preferences.
The RECOVERY BASE 2.0 is a universal mattress and suitable for all types of beds. It is compatible with box spring beds, slatted frames, loft beds, and more. We recommend that you do not place the mattress directly on the floor, as this restricts air circulation and can have a negative effect on the sleeping environment.
Yes. Body heat is absorbed by textiles and reflected back to the body, even through multiple layers of fabric. In the case of CELLIANT®, the minerals in the fibers reflect infrared heat back to the body. More about CELLIANT® technology.
Simply place the topper at the very bottom of the mattress cover, i.e., under the foam core. And if you ever feel like a little extra comfort, just lift the topper up and place it on top of the foam core.
Yes. Our mattress is also a restful BASE for all little ones.
Yes. Regular washing of the mattress cover at 60°C removes mites and dust. Regular vacuuming with an upholstery nozzle also helps.
The mattress is rolled up and shipped as a standard package.
Since it takes some time to get used to a new mattress, we give you 90 nights to try it out. Make yourself comfortable at home on the mattress. And if it's not right for you, we'll pick up the mattress from you free of charge. Here you can find more information about the 90-day trial period.
We offer a 10-year warranty on the BLACKROLL® RECOVERY BASE. This warranty covers the dimensional stability and durability of the mattress core materials, but not the cover. The cover is covered by the legally required 2-year warranty. You can find detailed information in our Terms and Conditions.
