15-minute vibration massage with the BLACKROLL® BOOSTER
In this exercise routine, you will learn how to use the BLACKROLL® BOOSTER, that is, the BLACKROLL® with vibration. Integrate the routine into your warm-up in preparation for physical activity, or use it to recover and relax.
Depending on how you decide to use it, simply adjust the frequency of the vibration:
- Higher frequency: activating.
- Low frequency: relaxing.
Your exercise speed is also crucial:
- Faster with reduced pressure: activating.
- Slower with more pressure: relaxing.
Things you should bear in mind during exercises with vibration
Adapt all exercises to your level of fitness and your muscle tone. Before you start, take 1-2 deep breaths, feeling the air flowing into your body. Regulate the effect of the BLACKROLL® with vibration by being mindful of your rolling speed and the pressure you are applying.
15 minutes, 10 exercises for 30 seconds each
Your BLACKROLL exercises with vibration last for 15 minutes. You can also perform selected exercises for longer, or omit them altogether, depending on your training objective.
2-3 times per week
Perform vibration massage 2-3times per week.
