Depending on your goal (recovery or activation) and personal sensitivity, different rollers can be used for mobilization, regeneration and for functional training. With the use of fascia rollers for self-massage and training you can effectively relieve pain, reduce muscle tensions, release adhesions and generally improve your ability to move.

Our longest fascia roller is 45cm in length. Thanks to the wider contact surface it is well suited for heavier people. The extended length also makes it easier to roll both legs simultaneously. The longer rollers are also suitable for Pilates and Yoga exercises.

Which surfaces are there?

The smooth roller is our classic all-rounder. The surface is equally suitable for muscle activation and recovery - depending on the rolling speed. Slow rolling supports recovery whereas faster rolling helps your muscles to activate. A smooth surface is beneficial for targeted tension release and treatment of pain points.

Can improve fluid circulation due to structured surface. Depending on the rolling direction, it can have an activating or regenerating effect within your muscles and tissues: During rolling against the ridges, the teeth slightly dig into your muscles which causes your tissue, nerves and muscles to activate (recommended before training). During rolling in direction with the ridges, you create a smooth rolling surface, which causes a regenerative massage effect (recommended to relax & re-hydrate your muscles after training).

Thanks to the grooved surface, a slight natural vibration is generated during rolling. This creates a more intense massage reaching deeper into the tissue. The ridges are also designed to be digging into your muscles for a more intense activation and also to support fluid circulation. This makes them the ideal warm-up tool recommended to be used before training.
