BLACKROLL® TWISTER exercises allow you to massage specific chest, shoulder, neck and foot muscles using pressure and rotation. The therapeutic irritation of the upper skin layer and superficial fascia layer allows targeted treatment of different areas and angles. You also stimulate your receptors when performing BLACKROLL® TWISTER exercises.

Chest Massage
Place the TWISTER in the heel position with the opposite hand in the area of the chest muscles. Rotate the Twister as desired and vary the position and pressure.

Forearm Massage
Place the TWISTER in standing position with opposite hand in the area of the forearm muscles. Rotate the Twister as desired. Vary the position and the pressure.

Adductor Massage
Place the TWISTER in sitting position with opposite hand on the inner thigh. Turn the Twister to the right and left. Vary the pressure and the position.

Adductor Massage
Place the TWISTER in sitting position with opposite hand on the inner thigh. Turn the Twister to the right and left. Vary the pressure and the position.

Plantar Fascia Massage
While standing, place your foot on the TWISTER. Rotate your foot. Vary the position and the

Neck Massage
Place the TWISTER on the back of your neck with your hand. Turn the Twister in both directions. Vary the position and pressure as desired.

Forearm Massage
Place the TWISTER in a seated position with the opposite hand in the area of the inner forearm muscles. Rotate the Twister as desired. Vary the position and the pressure.

Wrist Mobilisation
Place the TWISTER between the wall and the forearm. Maintain the pressure. Move your hand up and down from the wrist.

Masseter Massage
Locate the temporomandibular joint with your finger. Place the TWISTER at this point. Loosen the mouth and press lightly against it. Very slowly perform twists in both directions.

Lumbar Fascia Massage
Place the TWISTER at the side of the lumbar spine. Create pressure. Let the knobs sink into the tissue. Twist the tissue to the left and right. Hold the position in the maximum twist for approx. 5 seconds each.

Lower Abs Massage
Lie down on your back. Place your feet on the floor. Take the TWISTER in both hands. Let the knobs face you. Place the TWISTER in the lower abdomen, create pressure. Push the tissue towards your feet and bring it back again.

Scalp Stimulation
Grasp the TWISTER with thumb and index or middle finger. Place it at the front hairline. Work your entire scalp with small circular movements.

Outer Thigh Massage
Place the TWISTER in a sitting position with your hand on the outer thigh. Rotate the Twister in both directions. Vary the pressure and the position.

Shin Massage
Place the TWISTER in a sitting position with your hand on the shin muscles. Rotate the Twister in both directions. Vary the pressure and the position.

Calf Massage
Place the TWISTER in a sitting position with your hand on the calf. Turn the Twister in both directions. Vary the pressure and the position.

Achillis Tendon Massage
Place the TWISTER in a sitting position with your hand on the Achilles tendon. Rotate the Twister in both directions. Vary the pressure and the position.
